Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal within 7 days of delivery and enter your Order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the apparel is unused, unwashed, and has all original brand tags and packaging preserved for a successful quality inspection.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, a courier partner will be assigned to pick up the package from your doorstep within 48-72 business hours.

  Refund or Exchange Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality control, your exchange unit will be dispatched or a refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
